The work reflects a strong connection with the earth, an endless curiosity and concern for process. Colorful rocks are collected, ground into powder and mixed with a binder to make paint, plants are harvested, cooked and pounded to make paper, beeswax is melted and used as a medium and images are created by exposure to sunlight and then fixed by rinsing in water. This selection also showcases how meaningful the act of creating is and how beautifully these works of art infuse energy and biophilic references into interior spaces.
